Our Process Find Out How We Construct Your Custom Dream Home Month 1-2 Anthony Homes will draw up and engage in a contract with you, the homebuyer Together, we'll create a custom floor plan We develop the site plan and procure the plot plan Our finalized plans are then submitted to Regional Building for approvals Upon plan approval, all required permits are pulled on behalf of the project Then the lot is staked and we are ready to break ground! Now the fun begins, our design center will contact you to start color and finish selections Month 2-4 1-2 weeks after the lot is prepared, the footings and foundation are poured Foundation walls will be sealed and the peripheral drain will be installed before the foundation is back-filled Framing and roofing will begin Mechanicals begin (Plumbing, heating and electrical) Once framed and rough mechanicals are in, we schedule a pre-drywall walk through Month 4-6 Insulation is installed and drywall begins Interior finishes begin (painting, cabinets, flooring, etc) Exterior finishes wrap up and concrete is poured When it's all done, we'll walk you through your new home! ****Due to fluctuations in the material market, length of processes are subject to change. ****
